Every month over 5,000 men, women and children receive an Australian Visa and permanently migrate to Australia under the Skilled Migration Program, the Family/Partner Program or Special category entry. They go there to begin a new and prosperous life.

The shortage of skilled workers is affecting the country so the government is in favour of recruiting from abroad. There are shortages in many areas of the workplace, from doctors to carpenters and the only way to fill these shortages is by recruiting from abroad.

Let Jobquest help you in the process for migrating to Australia.

  • All immigration work is undertaken by professional trained lawyers, which are regulated by relevant governing bodies.

  • We will find the candidate suitable work placement.

  • Help assist in to settling in to a foreign country, e.g. finding suitable accommodation, currency exchange, removing furniture etc.

 Visa benefits

This visa allows you and any dependent family members included in your visa application to live as permanent residents in Australia.

  Australian permanent residents can:

  • study in Australia at school or university
  • receive subsidized healthcare through Medicare and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
  • access certain social security payments (subject to waiting periods)
  • be eligible for Australian citizenship (subject to the residency eligibility criteria)
  • sponsor people for permanent residence.

b)    The following people may be included in your application:

  • your spouse
  • you or your spouse's dependent children
  • other dependent relatives living with you

Jobquest will assist you in finding employment in Australia once your visa has been granted.

  • Eligibility assessment will take 1 week.
  •  Occupations assessments take anywhere from 1 or 4 months and is conducted by the relevant authority in Australia (based on the information you submit use our extensive checklists as guide) responsible for settings the standards for a specific occupation.
  • For most occupations where training is specific to the occupation: You must normally have a qualification, such as a degree or trade certificate, and experience which meets the relevant Australian standards and which is specifically related to your nominated occupation.
  • For more general professional occupations: You would generally hold a qualification equivalent to an Australian degree (but it need not be specifically related to your nominated occupation).
